What we would like to see in a potential teammate:
Accurately track time cards, payroll, PTO, benefits, etc Assist with insurance audits and inquiries from carriers Coordinate on boarding of new hires Capable of taking the lead when asked to head up projects Motivated self-starter Able to rapidly refocus and pivot when challenges arise Prior experience in payroll and book keeping Intermediate to expert level of experience with spreadsheets Manage fleet vehicles including but not limited to:
Scheduling maintenance appointments, keeping inspections/registrations up to date, assigning fuel cards and keeping inventory of keys in key box.
